The present invention relates to an easy-to-inspect ventilation device and, specifically, to an easy-to-inspect ventilation device having a structure where a motor can be dissembled separately by assembling the motor included in a fan detachably from the lower part of the ventilation device when organizing a fan assembly included in the ventilation device. The present invention includes: a main body; an exhaust fan which forcefully sucks up the indoor air flowing in through an indoor air inlet on the indoor side of the main body to an indoor air outlet on the outdoor side of the main body; an air supply fan which forcefully sucks up the outdoor air flowing in through an outdoor air inlet on the outdoor side of the main body to an outdoor air outlet on the indoor side of the main body; and a heat exchanger which exchanges heat between the indoor air exhausted to the outside and the outdoor air supplied to the inside. Each of the exhaust fan and the air supply fan includes: a housing which has a cylindrical shape and the upper part of which is combined and fixed to the inside of the main body; an impeller which is inserted into the lower part of the housing and rotates by being combined to a motor; a motor which rotates the impeller; and a finishing member which is combined to the lower part of the motor and the housing using a bolt. When the fan needs to be repaired, inspected or replaced, it is possible to check the status of the motor or the impeller or to replace the motor or the impeller through the lower part of the main body by detaching the finishing member.
