The present invention relates to a mat, comprising net type upper and lower layers (6, 8) capable of an injection molding of soft resins by an insertion-combination of molding cores (16, 18) which are formed in upper and lower metal frames. A multi layer structure is formed by connecting and supporting the upper and lower layers by a pillar spacer (10). The upper and lower layers have a lattice-arranged structure by the pillar spacer, and are positioned crossly by connecting and supporting the crossed side, therefore, an injection molding structure (4) is formed for foreign substances being piled up on a collecting plate (14) through a space part (12). The productivity can be improved by manufacturing the mat with the injection molding. By forming the mat with a plastic material which does not absorb moisture, water removal in washing can be convenient and a drying process is not necessary. By forming the mat in the multi payer structure, the cushioning is excellent. |
