The present invention relates to a film for a tire inner-liner and a manufacturing method for the same and, more specifically, to a film for a tire inner-liner as a thin film to apply excellent airtightness to a tire and to lighten the tire; to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle; and to improve the mechanical properties of the film such as formability, durability, and fatigue resistance and a manufacturing method for the same.
