The present invention relates to disposable sanitary gloves and a manufacturing method thereof. The disposable sanitary gloves comprise: a palm part molded by a monoaxial stretching material; a finger part extended from a side of the palm part; and a wrist part extended from the other side of the palm part. The stretching direction is at right angles to the end line of the wrist part. The method for manufacturing the disposable sanitary gloves comprises the steps of: transferring cloth made of the monoaxial stretching material; thermosetting and cutting the transferred cloth into a glove shape having a palm, finger and wrist parts and making the stretching direction of the cloth in parallel with the direction which makes right angles with the end line of the wrist part. The present invention can fasten the wrist part without having extra fastening means which prevents a slip-down, improves productivity, and reduces the production costs.
