A TFT substrate and a method for forming the same and a method for repairing the same are provided to repair the TFT substrate while maintaining the effect of a pixel division drive. A gate line is formed on a base substrate. The gate line(12) is crossed with the data line. A gate electrode(14) is connected with the gate line. A source electrode(32) is connected with the data line. A drain electrode(34) is facing to the source electrode. A TFT includes a semiconductor layer forming a channel between the source electrode and drain electrode. A first pixel electrode(40a) is formed in the intersection of the gate line and data line. A second pixel electrode(40b) is not electrically connected with the first pixel electrode. |
