摘要 PURPOSE: A noninvasive linearly-illuminated spatially offset Raman spectroscopy (LISORS) is provided to safely and accurately detect the unknown components of a sample with multiple layers in a noninvasive manner. CONSTITUTION: A noninvasive LISORS comprises a light source part, a sample part (200), and a detection part (300). The light source comprises a light source (101), an optical fiber (102), and a transfer stage (106). The optical fiber transfers light generated by the light source. The transfer stage comprises a first convex lens (103), a band-pass filter (104), and a semi-cylindrical lens (105) and controls the position of the irradiated light source. The sample part fixes samples regardless of sizes and shapes. The detection part comprises a second convex lens (301), a long wavelength penetration filter (302), and a detector (350).
