PURPOSE: A bending device of a metallic panel is provided to mold a cabinet for a refrigerator more accurately and smoothly using an air cylinder, a sensor, and a control unit, and to minimize failure generated in molding. CONSTITUTION: A bending device of a metallic panel comprises a bed unit(100), a molding unit(200), a servo motor(110), a rack pinion gear unit(120), an air cylinder, a bending unit(210), a sensor unit, and a control unit. The bed unit guides a metallic panel material and forms an outer shape. The molding unit is arranged in one side of the bed unit in a vertical direction. The servo motor is equipped in the bed unit, thereby providing predetermined torque. The rack pinion gear unit converts the torque provided by the servo motor into power in a linear direction. The air cylinder is equipped in the molding unit, and a molding tool molding a predetermined radius of curvature is arranged in an end portion of the bending unit. The sensor unit is equipped in the air cylinder and measures a position of a piston unit of the air cylinder. The control unit controls the position of the piston unit according to signals transmitted by the sensor unit. |
