The present invention relates to a multi-functional foldable tent having multiple sides formed by multiple trapezoidal panels (10) made from synthetic resin, wherein the side has a short upper side and a long lower side. Connecting members (20) mutually connecting the trapezoidal panels (10) are made from thin films such as cloths or the synthetic resin, and multiple fixed members (30) attached to the bottom sides of the trapezoidal panels (10) are installed to be fixed on the ground or the ice by post members (40). A floor member (50) connected to the bottom sides of the trapezoidal panels (10) forms the floor of the tent and a ceiling member (60) is connected to the top sides of the trapezoidal panels (10). Therefore, the tent having a convenient structure in which the trapezoidal panels are mutually connected by connecting cloths is conveniently installed and removed when a user camps in a beach or a river and a mountain, or goes ice-fishing, is easily carried and stored by the small volume thereof after being removed, and is replaced as a safety sign panel by attaching a safety sign to the trapezoidal panel with a fluorescent tape in case of the breakdown of a car or a manhole work.
