The present invention relates to a variable device of magnetic reluctance or self-inductance which uses a flux saturation phenomenon in order to control a current which causes a flux saturation by obtaining an effect of adding a gap to a core by using the partial flux saturation phenomenon in a transformer or the core of a reactor. Characteristics of the present invention include: a main core on which a main coil is wound; and an auxiliary flux changing unit which changes the flux quantity of the main core and controls magnetic reluctance or self-inductance by causing the flux saturation phenomenon depending on the change of the flux quantity of the main core by the control of the auxiliary flux changing unit.
