发明名称 RECYCLABLE METHOD FOR REMOVING TOXIC ANIONS
摘要 The present invention relates to a method for removing toxic anions such as perchlorate ions (ClO4-) and nitrate ions (NO3-) from wastewater by using a bifunctional material which can be continuously recyclable and have an ion exchange property and a catalytic property and, more specifically, to a method for removing toxic anions which adsorbs toxic anions by synthesizing an ion exchange/catalyst material from a metal particle-supported carbon material and decomposes the adsorbed anions by using hydrogen gas. The material synthesized according to the present invention has adsorption and selectivity thereof improved compared with an existing toxic anion adsorbing material because a cationic property of the surface thereof is maximized by substituting nitrogen for an existing adsorbing material, i.e., carbon in a skeleton or by adsorbing a cationic surfactant. Also the toxic anions exchanged in a liquid state is enabled to be decomposed under dry and wet conditions by hydrogen in a gaseous state by forming metal particles having the function of reduction on the adsorbing material.
