摘要 The present invention provides a flexible thin film type multi-layer flat coil for generating electric power and a manufacturing method thereof capable of generating electric power in an electromagnetic induction method which is able to use a low frequency vibration component, having excellent durability, and producing in large quantities by manufacturing in a multi-layer structure by patterning the plating layer of a conductive body on a thin film type substrate in a coil shape. For the forementioned, the present invention includes the following steps of: forming a spiral shape conductive pattern coil of a polygon shape respectively on the upper and lower sides of a first thin film type substrate by a patterning; forming a single conductive pattern coil only on the upper side of a second thin film type substrate in the spiral shape of a polygon by the patterning; and compressing and combining at least one second thin film type substrate having the single conductive pattern coil on the upper part of the first thin film type substrate and compressing and combining another second thin film type substrate on the lower side of the first thin film type substrate around the first thin film type substrate which has conductive pattern coils respectively in both sides.
