PURPOSE: A lipase inhibitor which is prepared by screening and synthesizing a lipid-peptide substrate library is provided to be used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition, a health food, or a food additive for preventing and treating obesity and diseases related to lipid metabolism disorders with less side effects. CONSTITUTION: A lipase inhibitor is denoted by chemical formula 1. A lipid-peptide library is denoted by chemical formula 3. A method for preparing the lipid-peptide library comprises a step of binding a lipid derivative and a peptide containing two or more amino acids. A method for screening a lipase-specific substrate comprises: a step of preparing the lipid-peptide substrate library; a step of culturing a mixture of the library and para-nitrophenyl butyrate with target lipase; and a step of measuring the amount of para-nitrophenol from the mixture and selecting a lipid-peptide substrate in which the amount of para-nitrophenol is wasted less. |
