PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nano-particles is provided to economically mass produce nano-particles with excellent dispersibility. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nano-particles comprises the following steps: mixing a surface modification agent which includes a nano particle precursor and vegetable oil or animal oil with solvent in order to manufacture a precursor solution(s1); introducing the precursor solution to a reactor under the supercritical or subcritical condition in order to manufacture surface modified nano-particles(s2); separating and collecting nano-particles after cooling(s3); and washing and drying the collected nano-particles(s4). The surface modified agent comprises one or more selected from a group which is composed of soybean oil, palm oil, sunflower seed oil, cottonseed oil, arachis oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, perilla oil, palm oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, unpolished rice oil, castor oil, tallow, lard, chicken fat, duck oil and fish oil group.
