The present invention relates to a combination type upper and lower body exercising machine, comprising: a fixing frame; a rotary disc which is combined on the fixing frame to be rotated; a pair of swing arms which is hinge-connected to the fixing frame around a first rotary shaft and which has a handle on one end part; a foot stool where user's feet are put; a pair of foot links which are hinge-connected to the other end part of the swing arm around a second rotary shaft; and a pair of link modules which delivers the up down motions of the foot stool to the rotating motion of the disc by connecting the foot link and rotary disc and which comprises a connection link hinge-connected to the first rotary shaft around the first rotary shaft on the way of delivering the motions. |
