Smartphone functions which are useful at school among functions of a student's smartphone are an electronic dictionary, an MP3 player, etc. However, most of middle and high schools prohibit students from using mobile phones. It is a problem that useful smartphone functions cannot be utilized at school because of some of smartphone functions which disturbs school life. Nowadays, schools try to realize smart school and smart education. The smartphone functions disturbing school life which is problem of smart education need to be effectively controlled. There are smartphone functions which disturb class at school (e.g. taking an image, taking a video, transmitting a text message, a call, a game, the internet, etc.). The smartphone functions may be useful or useless according to class situations. In order to resolve the problem, "a smartphone function control device" which selectively uses or blocks smartphone functions according to class situation, that is, as needed is required.
