The manufacturing method comprises (a) a step of mixing 2-5 parts by weight of lanthanum silicate (La-Si), or rutile titanium oxide (TiO2), or a combination thereof as a filler to 100 parts by weight of polymethylmethacrylate; (b) a step of forming a mixed resin by inputting and mixing 1-2 parts by weight of camphorquinone as photo hardener to 100 parts by weight of polymethylmethacrylate in the mixture of step (a); (c) a step of dipping glass fiber meshes in the mixed resin formed in step (b); (d) a step of processing the body in which the glass fiber meshes are inserted so as to be attached to the surface of teeth in parallel and long and to form a cylinder form on the whole, and removing excessive resin; and (e) a step of completing a bar type glass fiber rod. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of splint according to the present invention has the effect of being strongly attached to teeth without degrading its appearance in a teeth color, while the splint capable of processing in a teeth color, not in metal, is degraded in the strength to attach to the surface of teeth which generate the phenomenon of being exfoliated from the teeth when used in a long term.
