摘要 The present invention relates to a distribution prevention diagnosis system capable of detecting partial leakage generated in deterioration of internal devices of a distributing board and a mold transformer. The distribution prevention diagnosis system comprises a partial leakage sensor unit for measuring radiation electromagnetic waves and instant ground potential in the partial leakage of an insulating material; a temperature sensor unit for monitoring the external and internal temperature of the system; a humidity sensor unit for measuring the internal humidity of the system; a current input unit for inputting a current required for the temperature sensor unit and the humidity sensor unit; an A/D converter for converting, to a digital signal, the partial leakage signal measured in the partial leakage sensor unit, the temperature sensor signal monitored in the temperature sensor unit and the humidity sensor signal measured in the humidity sensor unit; a control unit for receiving the partial leakage signal, the temperature sensor signal and the humidity sensor signal converted by the A/D converter to detect and analyze the partial leakage of the distributing board and the mold transformer; a display unit for displaying the information applied from the control unit; an external memory unit for being used in the data processing of the control unit and storing events and various setting values; a communication unit for communication connecting the control unit to a superordinate system and a partial leakage analysis system; a CPLD for forming an internal network to respectively connect the control unit to the A/D converter, the display unit, the external memory unit and the communication unit; and an RTC for generating a time clock to be applied to the control unit so that the time clock can be used for time tagging in the data logging. The distribution prevention diagnosis system may prevent devices from being damaged due to malfunction and electric fire, etc., secure quality of facilities and expand the lifespan.
