Disclosed is a dent test device which can measure a vertical point of a measurement plane of an outer plate of a vehicle and an indenter, by installing a circular sensor around the indenter pressurizing the outer plate of the vehicle. In order to achieve the above objective of the present invention, the dent test device includes: an arm which is connected onto a frame capable of being moved horizontally, and can be rotated and extended controllably; the indenter which is connected to a lower part of the arm, and pressurizes a sample of the outer plate of the vehicle; a sensor part which is arranged around the outside circumference of the indenter and is connected to the lower part of the arm, and senses shape information of a sample contact plane by being in touch with the sample;, and a control part which receives the shape information of the sample contact plane from the sensor part, and controls operation of the arm by comparatively calculating the delivered shape information of the sample contact plane and the current position information of the arm.
