The present invention relates to a gate driver circuit, an inverter module and an inverter device applicable to an inductive load. The gate driver circuit according to the present invention comprises: a high side driver having a first output side and a first control side for generating a high side gate signal; and a low side driver for generating a low side gate signal. The high side driver comprises: a first VS pad formed on the first output side; a first output pad formed on the first output side; a first VB pad formed on the first control side; a second VS pad formed on the first control side to be adjacent to the first VB pad and electrically connected to the first VS pad; and a first circuit part connected to the plurality of the pads for providing the high side gate signal via the first output pad.
