The present invention relates to a banking structure using waste rock generating acid drainage. The banking structure according to the present invention includes waste rock which might generate the acid drainage; a banking layer including a retarder for reducing an ability of the waste arm to generate the acid drainage; a capillarity rise preventing layer piled up between the lower part of the banking layer and a groundwater level surface in order to prevent underground water from flowing into the banking layer due to a capillary phenomenon; and a finishing layer piled up on the upper part of the banking layer according to purposes.
