The present invention relates to a solid oxide electrolyte-based metal-air battery and, more specifically, to a solid oxide electrolyte-based metal-air battery including an anode, a cathode, a solid oxide electrolyte, and metal fuel. The metal fuel relates to the solid oxide electrolyte-based metal-air battery which is metal nanopowder of an average diameter 1 nm to 100 nm. The present invention is able to: lower the melting point of the metal fuel and increase reactivity; improve a contact ability by forming the molten phase of metal at a relatively low temperature; and stably generate power of high efficiency by accelerating an oxide reaction. |
