The present invention relates to a briquette manufacturing device comprising: a charging hopper for supplying in order to compressing a fine iron ore in the center of a roll; a supplying box connected to a lower end of the charging hopper; a pair of rolls combined to a lower end of the supplying box for manufacturing a briquette by compressing the fine iron ore; and a pair of cheek plates combined to the supplying box and arranged in lateral ends of the roll. Multiple cup parts of a concave shape are arranged and formed in an inside of a surface of the roll. The formation depth of a cup part in a center along the axis direction of the roll has a structure which is different from the formation depth of a cup part in an edge.
