PURPOSE: A removing method of residual monomers of the slurry is provided to restrain the generation of coagulum and foam, to easily remove the residual monomers, and to manufacture a polymer latex resin powder with high purity. CONSTITUTION: A removing method of residual monomers of the slurry comprises a coagulation step and an aging step, and a step of removing residual monomers by using bubbling in polymer slurry. The coagulation step and the aging step are not divided, but operated at the same time in one reactor. The bubbling is generated by inserting of insert gas or air. The reactor comprises flocculation basin and aging tank in one body. The rate of the length against diameter is 5-20. |
