PURPOSE: A wiper motor control method and a system thereof are provided to control a predetermined position of a wiper motor by adding a parking switch circuit with an input signal of a circuit change control unit between the wiper motor and a wiper relay and by detecting the position of the wiper motor in the control unit. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a wiper motor(12) comprises as follows. An IGN2 switch, a wiper switch, and a wiper relay are turned on for operating the wiper motor. An on state of the IGN2 switch and an off state of the wiper switch are determined for stopping the wiper motor. When the IGN2 switch is in the on-state and the wiper switch is in the off-state, the state of a parking switch(14) is detected. When both the IGN2 switch and the wiper switch are in the on-state, the wiper motor is continuously operated. The output of the wiper relay is controlled according to a result of a parking switch state and stops the wiper motor in a predetermined position. The parking switch state is detected as three states of an operation state, and stop state, and a dead section state.
