PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Panax ginseng roots, Ganoderma lucidum, and silver needle tea is provided to ensure solubility, affinity, and stability without skin irritation and to increase antioxidation, collagen synthesis, and inflammation inhibition. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.01-90 wt% of fermented extracts of Panax ginseng roots, Ganoderma lucidum, and silver needle tea as active ingredients. The fermented extracts are prepared using one or more bacteria selected among yeast, lactic acid bacteria, and Bacillus sp. The yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisisae. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises the steps of: culturing the Panax ginseng roots, Ganoderma lucidum, and silver needle tea with the bacteria; and extracting the fermented Panax ginseng roots, Ganoderma lucidum, and silver needle tea.
