The present invention relates to an image editing system for transforming topography object and editing based on geographic information system (GIS) and, more specifically, an image editing system for transforming and editing topography object based on a GIS capable of not storing unnecessary data for long time by removing road traffic information after a predetermined time; saving power by transmitting a wireless signal to a vehicle in a short distance; and preventing a navigation device of the vehicle, which does not require the road traffic information from being unnecessarily updated by transmitting the road traffic information to only vehicles passing through a predetermined area. |
