Provided are composite carbon fibers in which multi-layered carbon nanotubes are homogeneously dispersed between graphitization carbon nanofibers and to the surroundings of the surface of the graphitization carbon nanofibers, wherein the graphitization carbon nanofibers are easily dispersed on a matrix including a resin and the likes without aggregates, and provides low resistance. The composite carbon fibers includes multi-layered carbon nanotubes with 5-30 nm fiber diameter and graphitization carbon nanofibers with 50-300 nm fiber diameter. In the composite carbon fibers, multi-layered carbon nanotubes are homogeneously dispersed between graphitization carbon nanofibers and to the surroundings of the surface of the graphitization carbon nanofibers. |
