A solar cell module according to the embodiment of present invention includes a plurality of solar cells including a first solar cell and the second solar cell, and a ribbon which connects the first solar cell and the second solar cell electrically. Each of the first and second solar cells has a semiconductor substrate, a first conductivity type region and a second conductivity type region formed on the semiconductor substrate, a first electrode located in the back of the semiconductor substrate of the first conductivity type region and is electrically connected to it, and a second electrode which located on the semiconductor substrate from the back plane of the first electrode and located close to the region of the second conductivity type and is electrically connected to it. The ribbon having at least one surface irregularity is formed on a slope. |
