An upper mold (12) and an insertion body (13) are assembled first, and then a lower mold (14) is assembled below. The assembly is assembled to a container side plate by compression or adhesion. A container floor plate (30) is assembled and fixes a hinge (60) using a bolt or a rivet, and on top of that, a top plate (10) is assembled and fixed. A front plate (40) is fixed to the frontal edge of the top plate. A rear plate (50) is attached and fixed to the rear edge of the top plate to complete the manufacturing. In the field, when the top plate is lifted up, the folded part of the lateral side (20) is unfolded, and the bumpy part of the lower mold is assembled and fixed to the groove of the upper mold, making an internal space. At the time, the front plate is lifted down and inserted and fixed into the floor plate. The rear plate is lifted down and inserted into the floor plate. Then, the container is ready to use. After the use, the rear plate is pulled out and put on the top plate; the front plate is pulled out from the floor plate and lifted up to be put on the top plate; the top plate is slightly lifted up and down to separate the upper mold and the lower mold from the hinge; and then the insertion body is bent and folded. As a result, the container is folded into a small volume as in the figure 3, thereby being portable. |
