FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of removing bivalent iron from drinking, predominantly carbonic mineral waters. Method of deironing mineral drinking bottled water, includes pre-purification of mineral water from suspended admixtures, and deironing is realised by only one operation - processing mineral water with active granulated carbon sorbents in presence of natural humic acids in concentration not less than 1 mg/dm. This method makes it possible to reduce content of bivalent iron to quantity 0.3 mg/dm, and, as it has been found out, such residual concentration of iron does not worsen marketable state of bottled water in storage.EFFECT: increase of method efficiency.4 cl, 2 tbl, 3 dwg |
