FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a grease additive which contains oleic acid, ultra-fine powder and copper oleate, characterised by that it further contains an ultra-fine powder, zinc oleate and zinc stearate, as well as stearic acid and copper stearate, with the following ratio of components, wt %: ultra-fine copper powder 30?40; ultra-fine zinc powder 10?15; copper oleate 10?15; zinc oleate 3?5; copper stearate 5?10; zinc stearate 3?5; stearic acid 3?5; oleic acid - the balance.EFFECT: intense process of forming protective metal-coating films and improved strength properties thereof for use in assemblies whose surfaces are subjected to high contact loads. |
