A nanoklystron comprises an electronic-optic system, a cold cathode, an autoemission electron emitter, a flat control electrode, a flat focusing electrode, an anode, a main toroidal resonator with working resonant circular frequency ω=2&pgr;f, grids, a first auxiliary toroidal resonator with working resonant circular frequency ω=2&pgr;nfinteraction gaps, an electron reflector, a waveguide device for transmission high-frequency energy to a load, a second auxiliary toroidal resonator with working resonant circular frequency ω=2&pgr;nfAdjacent grids of interaction gaps of the main and second auxiliary toroidal resonators, as well as adjacent grids of interaction gaps of first and second auxiliary resonators are united and electrically connected to the control electrode. |
