摘要 The invention relates to measuring engineering and can be used in oil-producing, oil-processing, petrochemical, food and other fields of industry. A method for measurement of humidity of materials wherein initial volumetric content of moisture is determined by means of capacitive transducer through obtaining first reading from the capacitive transducer with initial sample volumetric content of moisture in which is to be determined, obtaining second reading from the capacitive transducer with that very sample after adding fixed amount of water to it, and obtaining third reading from the capacitive transducer when to the sample for the second reading same material with known humidity is added. To obtain the second reading, in the measuring space of the capacitive transducer first geometrical thin-wall capsule is placed, with fixed inner volume completely filled with water. To obtain the third reading, in the measuring space of the capacitive transducer the second hermetic thin-wall capsule with fixed inner volume is placed, its volume is two times larger compared to the inner volume of the first geometric thin-wall capsule, this is completely filled with water as well. Real value of volumetric content of moisture of the initial sample is determined with use of the least square method by known values of dielectric permittivity for three obtained readings from the capacitive transducer and volumetric amounts of water in the first and the second geometric thin-wall capsules with fixed inner volumes. The invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of the determination of humidity.
