The method for obtaining monolayer of the cultured corneal cells on the internal surface of the soft contact lenses comprises the enzymatic isolation of the primary culture, the separation of the limb cells from Vogt palisades. The stem cells are then cultured on the internal surface of silicon-hydrogel soft contact lenses with high oxygen permeability.
