A method for receiving a broadcast service according to the present invention includes a step of receiving service signaling data for receiving an object; a step of receiving network properties information on the object; a step of determining whether the object is received or not according to a network connection state of a broadcast receiving device and the received network properties information; a step of receiving the object based on the service signaling data; a step of receiving a firstly packetized stream; a step of extracting triggers including a trigger action and trigger time from a payload of the firstly packetized stream; and a step of performing the trigger action on the object at the time predetermined according to the trigger time based on the network properties information.
