The apparatus for spreading fried rice of the present invention comprises a rice supplier supplying rice; a first stirrer stirring the rice supplied from the rice supplier and various fried rice materials; a first transport unit receiving the firstly stirred fried rice in the first stirrer to transport to the upper part, rotating on the top, and transporting the fried rice; a second stirrer secondly stirring stirred fried rice transferred from the first transport unit; a second transport unit receiving the secondly stirred fried rice in the second stirrer to transport to the upper part, rotating on the top, and transporting the fried rice; a third stirrer thirdly stirring fried rice transferred from the second transport unit; and a spreading transport unit transferring the fried rice from third stirrer and spreading the fried rice widely. The fried rice is cooked by uniformly stirring using centrifugal force and gravity while continuously transporting multiple cooking pots, and evenly spreading so that the fried rice is not aggregated or stirred insufficiently, and meals for several hundreds or several thousands are able to be continuously provided in a short time. The cooking system is automated, which is able to remarkably reduce the number of cooking personnel, the labor cost, and, therefore, the manufacturing cost, and to shorten the working hour. |
