FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: vibration insulation of objects with variable weight is performed by means of elastic elements having internal damping. In addition, the system includes damping in the whole range of amplitude-frequency characteristic. Each of the elastic elements is made in the form of two flat elastic coaxially located rings, internal and external ones, which are located in parallel horizontal planes. Rings are rigidly attached to each other by means of two elastic elements radially located in horizontal plane and at an angle in vertical plane. Cavities formed with elastic rings are filled with an elastic damping meshed element that is reinforced and made from a meshy frame filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.EFFECT: higher vibration insulation efficiency.4 dwg |
