The present invention provides a method for manufacturing machine parts formed of Fe-Ni-Cu-Mo-C-based sintered compounds. The method comprises: (i) a mixing step of mixing Fe-alloyed powder composed of 3.65-4.35 wt% of Ni, 1.38-1.62 wt% of Cu, 0.4-0.6 wt% of Mo, and the rest of inevitable impurities and Fe, carbon, and a lubricant; (ii) a forming step of forming by inserting the metal powder mixed in the mixing step into a mold; (iii) a sintering step of sintering the formed body formed in the forming step in a continuous sintering furnace under reducing atmosphere; (iv) a carbonizing step of forming a carbonizing layer on the surface of the sintered body sintered in the sintering step by quenching the sintered body in a bath stirred at high speeds after the sintered body is heated; and (v) a tempering step for tempering the sintered body carbonized in the carbonizing step. |
