An apparatus for manufacturing winding screw blanks comprises a mandrel with an annular collar and a working end helical surface with a pitch equal to thickness of a winding screw blank and a clamping mechanism of a front ring of a tape on the mandrel, a guide roller for tape, a forming roller, a flange, on which a stepped annular roller is located with larger step with a conical end surface and with a smaller step with a working crimping conical surface. On the smaller step of the mandrel a cushion profile sleeve is located with possibility of movement relative to it on a slider bearing, which is seated on the axle of forming roller, and is equipped from the side of internal part of the stepped annular roller – a cylindrical flat mounted on a bearing washer with possibility of rotation of the flange relative to the flat, and from the side of annular protrusion of the mandrel of working end helical surface. |
