PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to improve productivity by connecting a junction box and a bus bar without forming a hole on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell panel is formed on a lower frame (620). The solar cell panel includes a support substrate (310). An upper substrate is formed on the solar cell panel. An upper frame (610) is connected to the lower frame. The upper frame is formed in the upper surface of the upper substrate. |
