PURPOSE: Exercise equipment is provided to increase exercise effect as a natural step movement and a natural running movement are conducted by adjusting an elevation distance and a slide distance of a foothold according to the physical condition of a user. CONSTITUTION: Exercise equipment (100) comprises a frame (111); a first pivot (121) which is installed on the frame; an elevation link (131) in which the other end is elevated by rotating with the first pivot as a center after one end is connected to the first pivot; a support link (141) in which one end is connected to the frame; a second pivot in which the other end of the support link is connected to the elevation link; and an elevation control part which makes the elevation distance of the elevation link be controlled by varying the position of the second pivot in a length direction of the elevation link. |
