A ground drilling device which can be inserted into the inside of a large diameter hole and has a hole inside according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a core drill which is placed in a frame and able to rotate and to move back and forth; a core drill driving unit which rotates the core drill in a frame and move the core drill back and forth; an outrigger which is placed in the frame in order to be selectively supported by an inner circumferential surface of the large diameter hole; a side roller which is placed in the frame in order to be selectively attached to the inner circumferential surface of the large diameter hole and to rotate along the inner circumferential surface of the large diameter hole; and a frame driving unit which fixes the frame to the inside of the large diameter hold by attaching the outrigger to the inner circumferential surface of the large diameter hole or drives the frame to rotate inside the large diameter hole by attaching the side roller to the inner circumferential surface of the large diameter hole. |
