A scanner of laser beam comprises a focusing lens disposed in the path of radiation beam and eccentrically to its axis of rotation and having a drive of its rotation around beam axis and a mechanism of dimensional shift of the lens from it. The lens is mounted in a frame, which is suspended on two flat springs secured in a cup mounted on bearings in the housing of scanner and connected by a belt with a drive of the lens rotation around the axis of radiation beam and the mechanism of its radial shift is made in the form of an eccentric hole in a sleeve, which covers the lens frame and is mounted on a bearing in the scanner housing with its drive of rotation around the axis of radiation beam. |
