The present invention relates to an anaerobic digester for producing biogas from organic mixture such as food waste and to an apparatus for producing biogas using the same and, more particularly, to an anaerobic digester using a circular spray pipe and to an apparatus for producing biogas using the same, wherein the anaerobic digester according to the present invention comprises a containing tank having a space part for containing mixture in the digester; a stirrer for stirring the mixture in the digester contained in the containing tank; an inlet for injecting the organic mixture into the containing tank; a regular outlet having a filtering unit for discharging the mixture after anaerobically digesting the mixture in the containing tank; a transportation path having two or more inlets and one or more outlets formed on the side wall of the containing tank to have different heights so that the mixture in the digester contained in the containing tank can be circulated from a lower part to an upper part; a spray pipe having a plurality of spray nozzles connected to the outlet of the transportation path to spray the mixture in the digester transported via the transportation path and having the shape of a plurality of circular pipes with different radii interconnected to overlap each other; and a gas outlet for discharging biogas generated via the anaerobic digestion of the mixture in the digester out of the containing tank.
