<p>The apparatus (1) has a moving part (9) movable relative to a body (8) along a limited stroke, and a guidance unit directed in direction parallel to a shaft (7) in a translation between the part and the body. Another moving part (10) is moved with respect to the former part in rotation between the parts in a rotation axis of the shaft. An elastic unit (13) urges the former part in translation relative to the body in drilling direction. A loading unit (14) loads the elastic unit to allow drilling in which drilling force and movement of a cutting tool are enabled by the elastic unit.
