A process for the preparation of gold nanoparticles in liquid-crystalline caprylate matrix comprises synthesis thereof by reduction of hydrogen tetrachloroaurate (III) (H[AuCl]⋅3HO). The synthesis is carried out in one stage in inert atmosphere for 2 hours in liquid-crystalline medium of cadmium caprylate or its binary mixtures (Cd, M||CHO, where M = Li, Na, K, Mg, Zn, Pb) of equimolar composition under the temperature of existence of liquid-crystalline phase (100-), performing simultaneously functions of a reducing agent and a stabilizer. |
