Provided are a microporous layer used for a fuel cell and a gas diffusion layer comprising the same and a fuel cell comprising the same. The microporous layer is made up of a first microporous layer, a second microporous layer and a third microporous layer successively arranged on top of each other. The capillary pressure of the first and the third microporous layer is higher than the capillary pressure of the second microporous layer. The gas diffusion layer contains the microporous layer, and is contained by the fuel cell. By using the microporous layer and the gas diffusion layer including the same, water management at both high and low humidity is possible, and a fuel cell with better performance can be manufactured.
