<p>Disclosed are an optical surgery device for irradiating a light into a tissue without the light being absorbed by body fluids, and a method for controlling same. The optical surgery device, according to the present invention, comprises: a light generation portion for generating a first light and a second light; and a control portion for controlling so that the first light is irradiated into the body and forms a bubble on the area on which the first light is irradiated, and the second light penetrates through the inside of the bubble and is irradiated on an abnormal tissue.</p> |
