The present invention relates to a whitening and antioxidant cosmetic composition containing the extracts of baby brier and lespedeza cuneata to be used as a natural cosmetic product having excellent whitening and antioxidant effects. The whitening and antioxidant cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains the extracts of baby brier and lespedeza cuneata for 0.001-5% of the total weight of the composition. The extractant of the extracts of baby brier and lespedeza cuneata is made of one or two materials selected from water, carbonated water, and 1-4 absolute alcohol or alcohol containing water.
