FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to control of operability of a grate conveyor for supply of bulk materials subject to high-temperature or mechanical loads in an ore agglomeration plant, in which by means of a contactless measurement of distance there measured is bending of a crossbar of the grate conveyor at certain points of trajectory of circular motion of the grate conveyor. Besides, the corresponding measured crossbar is automatically identified, and signals corresponding to distance measurement values and signals corresponding to measurement values at identification are collected for an analysis.EFFECT: invention allows reliable determination of a gradual deformation process to provide predicted maintenance.17 cl, 2 dwg |
